In collaboration with the Texas State Museum of Asian Cultures, Mimi Kitchenboss will host a Korean Gimbap Class on October 19, 2024 at 10am ! This is a fun and hands-on cooking class, and a family-friendly event. You will learn how to make gimbap, discover new ingredients, master rolling, and enjoy eating the rolls you make! Vegan and vegetarian-friendly!
