Mochi is Japanese rice cakes made of mochigome, a short-grain japonica glutinous rice.

It is soft, slightly chewy, sweet rice dough with various fillings.

In this class, we will make Ichigo Daifuku, strawberry mochi, which is filled with fresh strawberry and sweet red bean paste ❤
