  • Learn Ikebana, the Japanese flower arrangem, choose your flowers, and create your own flower arrangement. The flower are able to take home.
  • All materials are included.
  • Ikebana is also known as Kado (the way of flower), developed along the tea ceremony. Learn all about Ikebana, watch demonstration, and create your arrangements.

  • It involves focusing on the breath and clearing your mind with Zen meditation. To begin practicing Zen meditation, find a comfortable place and position. Try short sessions where you focus on your breath. With time, develop a routine that works for you. Meditation can be difficult at first, as it takes practice to clear the mind, but you’ll eventually find comfortable feeling in the end.
