In collaboration with the Texas State Museum of Asian Cultures, Mimi Kitchenboss will host Filipino Lumpia Classes on September 21, 2024 at 10am and 12pm! This is a fun and hands-on cooking class, and a family-friendly event. You will learn how to make lumpia, discover new ingredients, master folding, and enjoy eating the lumpia you make!
