In this beginner friendly class students are free to create anything they want with the guidance of the instructor\, Trinity Embers. Each class has a step-by-step lesson offered on how to build a specific sculpture for those who are interested. \nClasses are 14 and up. 12-13 are allowed\, but require parental guidance. Trinity Embers is a ceramicist of 5 years whose work is heavily derived from and inspired by the eastern arts. She graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Texas A&M University Kingsville and is the Co-founder of LTEmbers Creations\, a small business that focuses on bringing opportunities to local artists as well as providing various art experiences to the community. Although specializing in sculptures\, she also has experience in throwing and hand-building\, and has worked with various clay bodies. All supplies provided. \nAbout the Instructor: Llewyn Embers Llewyn earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Texas A&M University and has been doing printmaking since 2019. His art skills range from painting\, to ceramics\, costume creations and everything in between. Events Llewyn has participated in include Kingsville Steam Roller event for multiple years\, PrintAustin\, various galleries and charity auctions for his artwork and now hosts the Corpus Christi community Steam Roller Event. His artwork stems from surrealism mixed with western and punk rock culture. She graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Texas A&M University Kingsville and is the Co-founder of LTEmbers Creations\, a small business that focuses on bringing opportunities to local artists as well as providing various art experiences to the community. Although specializing in sculptures\, she also has experience in throwing and hand-building\, and has worked with various clay bodies. Students will be drawing and carving their design onto rubber blocks. \nOnce their design is ready\, they’ll learn how to use ink and rollers to transfer their design to create a mini postcard! At the end of each class the students will be able to take home their personalized card and their carved block. This class is perfect if you are looking for activities to do with the family or if you are looking to further your knowledge in this medium of printmaking. All supplies provided. \nAbout the Instructor: Llewyn Embers Llewyn earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Texas A&M University and has been doing printmaking since 2019. His art skills range from painting\, to ceramics\, costume creations and everything in between. Events Llewyn has participated in include Kingsville Steam Roller event for multiple years\, PrintAustin\, various galleries and charity auctions for his artwork and now hosts the Corpus Christi community Steam Roller Event. His artwork stems from surrealism mixed with western and punk rock culture.
