Shaped into triangles\, rounds\, or cylinders and often wrapped in nori\, onigiri has been a staple in Japanese cuisine for centuries. \nThis class is inspired by Hitomi\, who joined us through a two-year grant to enhance the Asian Cultures Museum with her expertise. Her dedication to Japanese culinary traditions has been instrumental in shaping our classes and events. \nWe’re excited to honor Hitomi’s vision and share her love for onigiri with you.
