In collaboration with the Texas State Museum of Asian Cultures, Mimi Kitchenboss will host a Chinese Dumpling Cooking Class!! November 9th, 2024, at 10 am and 11:30 am.
This is a fun and hands-on cooking class and a family-friendly event. You will learn how to make Chinese dumplings, discover new ingredients, master different folding techniques, and enjoy eating the dumplings you make!
